Well...blogging after a long long time...this one was a gtalk status message, which has finally taken the shape of a blog entry...
Complicated...
I am a socialist,
trapped in a capitalist world;
I am a freelancer,
who works for a company;
I am a boy,
trapped in the body of a man;
I am a poet,
who makes power point presentations;
I am a philosopher,
who has an engineering degree;
I am a dreamer,
who lives in a practical world;
I am traveler ,
who has no vacations;
I am a thinker,
whose thoughts do not find acceptance;
I am a romantic,
who has no tale to tell;
well..I am just a simple guy
in a complicated world!

its so nicely written.. infact i read two more posts in this blog, they are also very nicely written.. but why are all ur blogs and status messages always sad!! jo achha lagta hai vo karo na jisse ki yeh sab nahin likhna pade..
@ Madan - Most of the blog entries/gtalk status messages were at the time of peak frustration at ICF...This particular entry is not abt regret or sadness...it is about the way things are..it is about the fact that nothings perfect...coz had i been exactly at the right place at exactly the right time, doing exactly what i wanted to do, life would have been a fairy tale and i would have not appreciated what i had.
the fact that life is complicated keeps us going and makes us appreciate what we do not/ could not have..thats the beauty..and thats what i wanted to bring about...
but yes, u reminded me of a doha by Tulsidas (or Sant Kabir) - "Dukh mein simran sab karein, sukh mein kare na koi, jo sukh mein simran kare, so dukh kaisa hoye" ...i think I can rewrite is as "dukh mei blog sab karein, sukh mei kare na koi, jo sukh mei bhi blogging kare, woh asli blogger hoye"
